All credit card transactions are securely processed through PayPal or Google Checkout, our company gateways.
Due to the high “fraud” we DO NOT accept checks or money orders from anyone, this also avoids putting a hold on your order for several weeks.

What About Shipping?
SPECIAL NOTE:
By default we ONLY ship orders to a physical address within the Continental United States.
NO PO BOXES AND NO C.OD. SHIPPING – NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Each order has a minimum shipping charge as specified, but final shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the weight of the item during checkout.

Our shipping rates are the equivalent of or less than 10% of the item you order, which is competitive with the shipping rates of other companies.
Our standard shipping rate is $2.99 for most items and we only charge $1.00 for each additional pound after the standard rate.
We normally ship our orders within 24 to 48 hours after the order is received.
We prefer to ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), but we do use other shipping services for all our domestic shipments in the U.S. we only ship within the United States, does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Jewelry is at times shipped US Postal Service unless it is a large order.
Oversized large or heavy items are shipped ABF Freight.

You will receive an email with all of your order information once you complete your order online.
We cannot change an order once an order has been printed in our warehouse system. The entire order will have to be cancelled and a new order can be made.
You must email our customer service department immediately to cancel an order, at feelgoodorder@yahho.com, otherwise the cancellation may not be processed in time to cancel an order before it is due to ship.
Once the order leaves the warehouse we can no longer stop it and your order is valid.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

However, an order is ONLY processed after the payment has cleared and we receive the funds.

What is the Return Policy?
At Yale Matrix Gifts and Collectibles, we always strive to provide the best products and service possible.
Our goal is to ensure that our customers are happy with our products and service, but some items are SOLD AS IS and CANNOT be returned under any circumstances.
Closeout items are cannot be returned regardless of condition they are SOLD AS IS.
Customized poker chips of any kind cannot be returned they are SOLD AS IS.
Opened DVD’s, Copag or KEM cards cannot be returned they are SOLD AS IS and cannot be re-sold.
LINGERIE, THONGS, BODY RE-SHAPERS AND PANTIES ARE CONSIDERED 'intimate' APPAREL AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH Federal Health Regulations CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
These Items Cannot Be Re-Sold and CANNOT Be Returned for Credit, Refund or Exchange.
If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, we are not responsible for replacing the merchandise.
ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is.
All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment NO EXCEPTIONS.
Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition.
** THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY **
If a product arrives damaged please notify us immediately, once we are notified a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company.
Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.
In the rare event that the wrong merchandise is shipped to you, you must notify us immediately and the merchandise will need to be returned back to us.
You will need to pay for the return Ground shipping, but you will be reimbursed up to the amount originally paid once the product has been received.
All sales are final, but we realize that all sales may not be final when an item has a factory defect
Any discrepancy in the order you receive must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the goods, we will provide you instructions on what to do next.

If you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately to return it for an exchange, a refund or a credit to your account.
To initiate any return, you will need to contact us prior to returning any merchandise and to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
This Return Authorization Number is to ensure that the return is processed in the most efficient manner possible.
This Return Authorization Number needs to be shown on the outside of the box for proper credit.
All returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving a Return Authorization Number for a refund, credit or exchange.
** RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED **
Returns made after 15 days are at the sole discretion of Yale Matrix Gifts and Collectibles and may be subject to restocking fees of 25% or more.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Enclose a copy of your invoice and your order and return information to ensure proper processing.
ALL returned items must be unworn or unused in the original packaging, inner packing must bear no markings, damaged or be otherwise defaced.
All returns must be in the same perfect and re-sellable condition as it was shipped.
** IF A PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED IT WILL NOT BE RETURNED **
Habitual and excessive returns will void our return policy and may be subject to a re-stocking fee, at the sole discretion of Yale Matrix Gifts and Collectibles.
** NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS **
We strongly recommend returning merchandise to us with a carrier that offers a tracking number, customer's are SOLELY responsible for lost or damaged packages during this transit.
Yale Matrix Gifts and Collectibles WILL NOT responsible for returns that DO NOT arrive to the warehouses.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless product was shipped incorrectly or defective.
RETURNS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED A 30% RE-STOCKING FEE
You will be refunded in the same manner of payment that they paid for the original order with.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed, if you feel like a return has taken longer than 3 weeks, please contact us with any questions you may have.
If the order cannot delivered due to a customer refusing delivery, providing the wrong shipping information at the time the order is placed, we will automatically charge the customer a 20% restocking fee, delivery charges and will not be eligible for a refunded.

What the Slot Machine Story?
Upon arrival of the machines from the Japanese Casinos to our refurbishment facility, the transformation to like-new conditioning begins.
The cabinet defects are filled and sanded to ensure a uniform surface.
The cabinet is then painted with a highly durable exterior paint.
The paint is allowed to dry on the way to the electrical department.
This electrical overhaul utilitzes a checkpoint system which addresses machine safety, user safety and functionality.
All the interior components are cleaned and lubricated to insure proper functioning and return it to it original condition.
The exterior cleaning process ensures beauty and luster are added back to the machine.
Our cleaning process ensures all blemishes are removed and our high grade detailing wax is applied to restore the original shine from the factory.
The last two steps in our refurbishment process has our trained technicians putting the machine through a series of tests to insure its safety, proper functioning, and cleanliness.
Once the machine meets the approval of our technicians it is shrink-wrapped and sent to our shipping department where it awaits shipping.
With each machine we offer a 2 year warranty that covers everything on the machine except the light bulbs.
This warranty does not cover any damaged that comes from fire, water, lightning, dropping the machine or any other acts of nature. Please note that the warranty is to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless special arrangements are made at the time of purchase and noted at the time of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase, the manual and the box and high density foam for each machine. These machines need to packaged properly in order to be shipped. If in the very unlikely event that your machine ever needs to come back to us, if it is not packaged correctly, the machine will be damaged and then we will not be held responsible for replacing the machine. This is why you must keep our original packing. The 2 year warranty covers all aspects of the machine excluding the light bulbs. We do not cover the bulbs but always have them for sale. These machines are very durable and meant for heavy casino use, so with proper use they should last a lifetime.

What is a Pachislo? - A Pachislo slot machine is an authentic Japanese gaming machine used in international casinos.
In Japan, each casino can only use the machines for 2 years and then they have to take them out.
Even though they have up to 2 years to use each machine, they do not always take the full time.
This is why some machines are practically brand new when you get them.
Whether they are 1 month or 5 years old, Pachislo machines are a great way to entertain your friends and family.
They are high quality, backlit machines, with brilliant flashing lights, and electronic sounds.
Depending on the model, some have animated LCD or LED displays or video screens.
When new, these machines cost over $3500.
Pachislo slot machines feature skill stop reels which is why they are also called Skill Stop Machines.
You control when each reel stops, putting skill into the game.
Some machines even offer interactive video screens for more exciting play.
Pachislo machines do not have pull down arms on the side of them.
The reels are stopped by using the 3 buttons on the front of the machine, which is why it is called a Skill Stop machine.
These machines are not meant to have pull-down arms on them.
Although arms for the machine can be purchased for your machine, altering the machine in any way will void your warranty and we will not be responsible for any problems you encounter with the machine.

Is the Casino Equipment REAL?
The machines, tables and gaming equipment is real.
We have contacts with some manufacturers and purchase authentic gaming equipment just like the casinos.
We also have casino contacts which are nice enough to sell us their used equipment that we send out to be refurbished to sell as new.

Freight Delivery Policy?
Freight carriers provide different levels of service for oversized items.
Oversized items are normally delivered within 1 to 6 weeks from the order date.
These items are shipped via freight carrier directly to your shipping address.
We are unable to ship oversized items to rural routes, remote areas not in close proximity to areas commonly serviced by freight carriers, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii.
The phone number used to contact you will be the daytime and evening phone numbers provided during checkout.
Available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule.
Most oversized items will be delivered only to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home or business.
Most freight carriers will carry your item into a specific room or up stairs for an additional fee.
If you would like your item carried inside your residence or up any flights of stairs, extra fees may apply.
Residences or businesses that have steep uphill or downhill slopes leading to the entryway may also be charged additional fees.
These fees usually range from $25 to $50 and are negotiated with and paid directly to the driver making the delivery.
These extra delivery options are not available in all areas.
Once the freight carrier has contacted you to arrange a delivery time, you must respond to their call within (1) a business day.
If the freight carrier has not heard from you and needs to store your item, you will be charged storage fees up to $50 per day.
These daily storage fees may also apply if you cannot accept the delivery within 3 business days of the carrier contacting you.
Our freight carrier’s will do their best to arrange a convenient delivery time with you.
If you need to request a specific delivery time outside their normal business hours, a “Definite Time” fee ranging from $75 to $125 may apply.
Available delivery times are made solely at the freight carrier’s discretion, and certain days and times may not be available in all areas.
Redelivery fees ranging from $25 - $125* will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment.
The decision to reattempt delivery is made solely at the freight carrier’s discretion.
Your item may be returned to one of warehouses if the freight carrier is unable to contact you for delivery or if you miss your delivery appointment.
In these situations, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you refuse or return a non-defective or undamaged item, you will be responsible for all actual return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees range anywhere from $100 to $695, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some items may also incur a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 25% of the item’s price.
Return shipping fees should be paid directly to the freight carrier in advance.
If not paid in advance, your return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund after the item is received at our warehouse.
By purchasing an oversized item, you authorize Yale Matrix and/or the freight carrier to assess additional fees to your credit card as necessary according to the fee schedule herein.
